2005 Mercedes C240 or 2006 Cadillac CST?

Hey all I am in need of a new car. Down to 2 the 2005 Mercedes C240 or the 2006 Cadillac CST? Both are very similar in terms of features. 2.8 engine on both (I'm pretty sure about that) the caddy has heated seats and the mercedes doesn't, other than that the cars are very similar in both miles and price. So...ideas?
