Could i be going into labor?

i went to the women's center on tuesday and wednesday thinking i was having labor contractions... first time i went they said i was having labor contractions that were last 4 to 7 minutes... there was no pain and i barely even felt my stomach tightening up... the reason i had went was because i kept getting short of breath... they said since i wasn't dilating that i could just go home... i went for the same reason the next day however i could feel a little bit more of my stomach tightening... that time i had only one contraction they said the whole time and during that one i had a really bad stomach cramp with it by my right hip... both times they said it was the baby moving and stretching that i was feeling and not a labor contraction... today starting at 12:30 (CST) i have been feeling my stomach squeezing in and out a lot nonstop but no pain... how can i tell if it is the baby moving or a labor contraction? i am so confused... it is not saturday... 4 days since i first went in... it feels like my stomach is pushing out then quickly pulling back in... my vaginal area will tickle a little bit with each squeeze i feel... is this true labor? i have been doing a lot today too and not sitting... did some laundry and some dishes so i have been on my feet a lot...
