How do you separate love from lust -mature only?

married 15 years, marriage is up and down and taking toll on me. Another women is giving me lots attention ( just friends and nothing more) and I am stuck about what to do ? Just frustrated as I have tried everything with this marriage, I don't want to hurt my wife, but I also want stability and happiness.
