Please help ?!! :( this is frustrating me?

This guy is tearing me apart emotionally. We work together and about 2 months ago he started texting me cause he got my number from work and we flirted and hung out many times. And allot of the time he'll text me over and over exited for me to come see him and recently he hasn't texted me much at all so i texted him twice and the first time we talked about work and when i got to work we flirted allot and secretly kissed after not talking for like three days. And three days later i text him again and he told me he was out of town but that we should hang out the next night then we talked and i told him i was looking for a new job and he said he would never see me then and i said he would just have to make an effort to see me then, then he sent me this,'ha ;) well i'm just boring to you and lazy ;(' i asked him if he actuyally believed that and he said, ':( yep' then i gave him a cute message saying that even though he is lazy by no means is he boring and thats why i talk to him, he never replied, and the next night when we were suppose to hangout he never texted me... :( i'm trying to hold back tears right now
