Glitches, I can vote early am CST 200 votes no glitches until 12:00 pm CST and after that every other?

question is deleted, sorry not available, can't find the page, But early morning as stated it never happens. Is this Y/A over;loaded, my IP overloaded or something else can anyone explain?
