I hv given cst-2011 exam conducted by cdac and i m doing b.tech(cse) shld i go for fpgdst course after b.tech?

fpgdst is a full time post graduate diploma in software technology offered by cdac banglore under ministry of it. what is the future scope of dng dis course? what abt the placement after dis and wat is d avg annual package offered?
