HELP!! 8th grade cst!!?

well I'm having the history cst thing 2moro and i do NOT know how to study for it and btw i already looked at the website where there is a test 10 pages down...it didnt help. i know it will be 6 7 and 8th grade stuff but really how am i supposed to remember i dont even remember what i learned yesterday!! ( dont really pay attention) ANY or EVERY advice Will help :)))))) Please try to help!! Thanks in advance:) Oh and if you know how to study for science to that would be awesome ;)
