How do you Credential a NON Certifed...?

Yes I have a Friend who didn't Pass his Certifed Surgical Exam to be a CST. He wants to know that he has a degree in the A.A.S in surgical technology program how do you Creditial that on a Business card.. such as John Doe, CST.( cause i don't know) never done business cards.
