I eat a pretty healthy diet and I work out 2-3 times a week, I do cardio, circuit training and some weight lifting. I recently had my measurements done and see that I've lost inches and my body fat% is in the low range. I DO NOT want to lose any more weight, my collarbones are literally protruding but the fat around my belly is still jiggly and soft and gross, it's like Im lean all over my body except for my stomach area!!! It's so frustrating! What can I do to get rid of just my belly fat and tone my stomach? Should I do more ab exercises?
