I'm gifted to a point of absurdity, but I'm failing the 7th grade.?

I've never scored less that Advanced on the CST's, I have an IQ of 132, I have a higher reading level than my English teacher, I've been a GATE student since the 2nd grade, but I can't turn in my homework. I have a D in Pre-Algebra even though I was told I would be starting Geometry by now, I've been asked to skip a grade, twice, instead of going to second grade I went to third, but I CAN'T DO MY HOMEWORK!!!! Anyone have advice? :I
