I need a lil help with these cybersync's from paul c duff?

My @ alienbees just arrived (b800) I purchased the Cst cybersync along with it and cant seem to get my Canon 60d to set the flash on. I've enabled the fash and tested the remote it fires perfectly nevery misses a beat does anyone use these two porducts together(cybersync and 60d) if so I could use some help
