I think i may have control issues...?

I keep having complete melt downs, if something changes beyond my control I get angry and frustrated and I feel as though I can't breathe. Like last week my gym shut down unexpectedly and I used to go every day without fail and now I can't, I freaked out, I cried hysterically. Also, a few weeks ago, I started a new job and my shift alternates every week (early, late, early, late etc) and I feel like I'm trapped because I can't slip into a routine, can someone please tell me how I can be more laid back?
