Im getting frustrated with loosing weight?
ive been told that i have to loose 10 lbs but i would like to loose at least 20. for the past few weeks ive cut my eating in half changed my diet around a bit and started exercising. i feel a little stronger but not much. my weight stayed the same and didn't change at all for weeks. i then went on a camping trip and spent over a week hiking in the mountains and just chilling out there. i thought for sure that when i got home that i would have finally lost some weight. i only lost 1 pound. im really starting to get frustrated here. any advise on how to improve this, how to speed it up or whatever?
