Can you tell me where to buy phone cards online?

My friend in the U.S. uses phone cards to call me in the Phillipines, he buys them at gas stations and truckstops, he spends a fortune on these cards and keeps getting ripped off by them, and is getting frustrated and upset. Is there any place online where he can purchase reasonably priced phone cards to use to call me with?
