What happens when your sick the entire CST Week?

Someone totally decided to make my sick on the CST Week!!! I had the stay home the week cause of my Stomach Flu. The symtoms were decreasing but wasn't good enough for me to go to school. I have a crap load of work to do and CST to do! What will happen since I didnt do CST?@!?!!?!
