Guys: would you be jeolous if your "friends with benefits" started hooking up with your close guy friend?

This chick and I who are best friends started hooking up a couple of months ago and stuff, which was going well until we were hanging out with other of my friends and she made out with my close guy friend right next to me in a car. Is it right to be frustrated about that? even if you don't want to date her?
