Does she have any paranoia? Does she move her leg back and forth? I really think you should take her to a doctor, a mental doctor. I'm very sorry but its the only thing to help her. I just rescenttly read this book called "memories of Summer" by Ruth white. You should check it out. I'm very sorry.
